The TV would not work – Electronic Expo denied responsibility and referred me to LG. Spent 4 hours with LG Customer Service troubleshooting by phone and carrying TV from one cable connection to another. Finally LG ascertained that “motherboard” needed to be replaced but the part was not in stock in USA ! For 3 days Electronic Expo would not return my calls so I appealed to Amazon and Mastercard for a refund. Finally Electronic Expo provided return auth. I will never buy anything from Electronic Expo or LG again.

This is the 2nd LG HD TV for me. Arrived ahead of schedule, simple set up, works perfectly, excellelnt picture quality. Great price as usual thru Amazon.com. This is the 5th TV I have purchased thru Amazon.

I dont normally write reviews, but Amazon sent me an email and asked to write one so here is what I think about this product:
Overall good tv, u just gotta figure out what settings work best for u (sharpness, back lighting, etc) and adjust them accordingly. It might take a while, I guess it will take a while with every product, depending on the lighting in ur room and other factors. Why 4 stars ? Good question, I guess maybe because they can always make things better.

We just got this TV a few days ago but so far we like it. The picture quality is pretty good. We hook up our laptop up to it using a HDMI cord and it works perfectly. It is really cool having a 37 inch computer monitor, it is great for watching Hulu and Netflix. A small part of us wishes we got the 42 inch but we are happy with our choice. Also I was really impressed with the shipping. We ordered this on a Wednesday night and we got it Friday morning and this was with free shipping too.

There are a million choices in flat screens! Finding the right one was very daunting, but my friend had purchased this exact model and recommended it. I did my research on a number of sizes and models, but in the end, agreed that he had found the best deal on Amazon in this LG 37″ flat screen. Delivery was prompt. The set is just big enough for a smallish living room – it’s got a nice, large clear picture without dominating the room or overwhelming me. I’m very happy with this purchase.
